Odell Fire Department provides fire protection, first responder, and rescue services to the northwest corner of Cabarrus County, North Carolina.

Odell also responds to calls for service assisting neighboring agencies. The department consists of over 60 members manning 2 stations and 7 apparatus. Odell maintains a three person crew 24 hours a day 7 days a week at station 1 and a 2 person crew at station 2. These crews are staffed by minimum of 2 firefighter/EMT-B, 2 drivers and 1 officer.
